Hospital Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacologist, University Hospital of Brussels

 

Stephanie has a strong interest in demonstrating the impact of hospital pharmacists on Medication Policies, which led to a PhD project at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). In the hospital pharmacy, she focuses on coordinating clinical pharmacy and the Drug and Therapeutics Committee. Stephanie has published extensively on a range of topics including Fluid Management and oncology.

Meera is a pharmacist at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. She was the Pharmacy Service Lead for the UHDB Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) service. Meera studied her MPharm degree at University of Nottingham and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and is an Independent Prescriber with an interest in respiratory tract infections.

Sarah is currently working with both adult and pediatric Intestinal Failure (IF) teams, leading on all areas of Nutrition Support for Pharmacy. Sarah represents pharmacy in several groups within the NHS and has been involved in developing national guidance statements on clinical care and shortages and advising on IF specification commissioning.
